An oak whiskey barrel, an aerial ring crowned in pampas and longhorns, and a rhinestoned aerialist who turns it into living art. Fully ground-supported, so it goes where overhead rigging can't.

Most aerial acts hang from the ceiling and disappear when the music stops. This one is part of the room. Between sets, the rig stands as a styled design piece. In motion, a professional aerialist turns it into a living sculpture of balances, poses and acrobatic transitions. It's entertainment that becomes part of the atmosphere instead of competing with it, and a photo moment your guests will seek out all night.

Choose the Experience

Ambient Aerial Sets: For cocktail hours, welcome receptions and networking events. Aerialists perform 10–20 minute sets throughout the evening, with two to three artists rotating on each rig. Guests discover the performance as they move through the room.

Featured Stage Moment: For a deliberate "everyone look up" moment: a choreographed piece built around your program, such as a grand opening, a reveal or a toast.

Signature Champagne or Whiskey Pours: Our aerialists serve your guests from the hoop: a pour of whiskey, a glass of champagne or a signature cocktail, delivered mid-performance. It's the moment guests film and the one they talk about the next morning.

Multiple Installations: We can place up to four barrel rigs across a single event, with more available on request. Line an entrance, anchor each bar, or flank the stage.

FAQs

Does the Whiskey Barrel act require rigging?

No. The rig is fully ground-supported. It needs an 8 × 8 ft level footprint, 10 ft of ceiling clearance and venue approval. Setup takes about 30 minutes, and teardown about 20.

How long do the aerialists perform?

Ambient sets run 10–20 minutes, with two to three aerialists rotating per rig. We build the schedule around your event's timeline and can add a choreographed featured moment.

Can the aerialists serve drinks?

Yes. Add a whiskey, champagne or cocktail service from the hoop. Beverages are not provided. We can coordinate with your bartending vendor.

Can the styling match our event or brand?

Yes. Florals, costumes and accents are designed to your palette or theme. For brand activations, we can build the rig around your own branded barrel. We have up to four rigs available, with more by request.

5 Do you travel outside Nashville?

Yes. We're based in Nashville and perform nationwide. Travel and logistics are quoted per event.
