When Dave & Buster's celebrated the grand reopening of its Opry Mills location in Nashville, they wanted more than entertainment—they wanted guests to feel like they had stepped into a unique Nashville experience from the moment they arrived!
For a four hour event, our team transformed the venue with 14 performers, blending Nashville-inspired entertainment with modern cirque and LED performances to create an energetic atmosphere that evolved throughout the evening.
A Nashville Welcome
We greeted guests with country stilt walkers and our interactive Champagne Skirt performer, creating fun photo opportunities and a warm Music City welcome as guests arrived.

Entertainment at Every Level
To keep the energy flowing, we layered entertainment throughout the venue instead of relying on one stage show.
Our aerial silks performers, LED Diamond aerial act, and Martini Glass performer created stunning overhead moments that naturally caught guests' attention while allowing the event to continue uninterrupted.
A Modern Twist
As the evening continued, the atmosphere shifted with LED hoop and LED poi performers, while our Disco Divas kept guests laughing, dancing, and stopping for photos.
The mix of country-inspired entertainment and futuristic LED performers gave the event a unique Nashville feel with a modern edge.
Bringing the Brand to Life
One of our favorite parts of this event was incorporating the Dave & Buster's brand into the entertainment itself.
Our performers wore costumes coordinated with the company's signature blue and orange colors, creating a cohesive look throughout the venue. We also programmed the Dave & Buster's logo into our LED performances and customized the Martini Glass performer with the event logo displayed on the bowl, adding another personalized touch that guests loved.
These custom branding details helped make the entertainment feel like an extension of the event rather than just performers in the room. It's one of our favorite ways to create a more immersive experience while reinforcing a client's brand in fun, memorable ways.
As the evening continued, our LED hoop performer, LED poi artist, LED Robot, and Disco Divas brought even more energy to the space, creating a vibrant nighttime atmosphere that perfectly balanced Nashville charm with a modern, high-tech twist.

Why It Worked
